These Subscription Terms apply to membership subscriptions purchased through Mighty Networks, with payments processed via Stripe (and/or other methods shown at checkout).
1) Subscription plans and access
Your membership plan, billing frequency, and included benefits are shown on the membership sales page and at checkout.
Access is provided through Mighty Networks (web and/or app). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2) Free 7-day trial
Where offered, subscriptions include a 7-day free trial:
- you will not be charged during the trial
- unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial period
3) Auto-renewal and billing
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
If payment fails, we may retry payment and/or suspend access until payment is successfully processed.
4) Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Mighty Networks account settings.
Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
5) Refunds
We do not offer refunds for subscription payments, including partial periods, except where required by law.
6) Changes to membership content and features
We may update, add, remove, or modify membership content and features over time. Your plan entitles you to access the membership as described at the time of billing, but the library and schedule may evolve.
7) Community conduct
If your membership includes a community space, you agree to engage respectfully. We may suspend or remove access for abusive, harassing, or disruptive behaviour. Where access is removed for conduct reasons, refunds are not provided except where required by law.
8) Third-party platform terms
Your use of Mighty Networks is also subject to Mighty Networks’ platform terms and policies. Where platform processes (e.g., cancellation flows) apply, those processes must be followed.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
