1) Who we are
Open Forwards Ltd
The Jewellery Business Centre, 95 Spencer Street, Birmingham, B18 6DA, UK
Email: support@openforwards.com
2) What you’re buying
The product description (sales page/checkout) explains what is included, how access is delivered, and any eligibility requirements.
3) Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed via Stripe (and, where offered, other payment providers). You authorise us (and our payment providers) to take payment for your purchase.
4) Access and delivery (digital content)
For most courses, access is provided digitally (often through Mighty Networks or a linked learning environment). Access details are delivered on-screen and/or by email.
You are responsible for having suitable internet access and a compatible device.
5) Licence and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise:
- your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning
- you must not share logins, redistribute materials, or make course content publicly available
6) Recording and course participation
Where live sessions are included, we may record sessions for participants to view later, unless stated otherwise. If participant cameras/mics are used, we will provide guidance at the time.
7) Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
No refunds by default: Unless a course page explicitly offers a guarantee, we do not offer refunds once digital access has been provided, except where required by law.
Money-back guarantee (selected courses only): Where offered, the conditions and timeframe will be stated on the course sales page and form part of these Terms.
8) Changes to courses
We may update course materials over time to keep content current. We may also update delivery formats (e.g., platform features) provided the core learning promise is still met.
For live events, if we need to reschedule, we will provide an alternative where feasible.
9) Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully. We may suspend or remove access for abusive, harassing, or disruptive behaviour (particularly in community spaces), without refund where permitted.
10) Disclaimers
Our training content is educational and does not constitute personal clinical advice, medical advice, or a therapeutic service.
11) Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
