Do you want to be a better ACT Therapist?
Have you been struggling to find an ACT Supervisor in your area?
We offer ACT Supervision in-person and online to help you become highly skilled in the ACT approach.
Who offers ACT Supervision?
Jim Lucas is an ACBS peer-reviewed ACT Trainer who has supervised 100s of therapists. He specialises in helping CBT practitioners to integrate ACT into their therapy.
Jim believes that supervision is an essential component of your continued professional development. He uses supervision to coach you through the challenges of helping your therapy clients.
It’s not easy to be effective because humans are complex. We have vastly different learning histories and cultural contexts that shape who we are. Gender, ethnicity, sexuality, religion and neurodevelopment shape our perspectives, and we must use curiosity to understand people’s worlds.
Jim embodies the ACT approach to help him personally and professionally. In supervision, he’ll help you:
He’ll give you direct feedback to support your growth, refresh your knowledge and refine your skills through role-play and experiential exercises.
